In a judgment of March 5, 2008, the Supreme Court confirmed the ruling of the Paris Court of Appeal which cancelled the anticipation agreement of the European dialogue body created in 1995 by the French group Bouygues (see our dispatch No. 070269). (Ref. 080245)
On October 12, 2006, the Court of Appeal of Paris rendered a decision which questioned the anticipation agreement signed on May 5, 1005, which established a European dialogue body within Bouygues, after a litigation which opposed the management to the CGT union.
