Gathered in an extraordinary session on Wednesday September 12, Gaz de France's European Works Council obtained from the management that it started over, from the very beginning, the information and consultation procedure on the merger with Suez. The EWC also reaffirmed its prerogatives in this matter about the social consequences on the plan to modernize the Romanian subsidiary Distrigaz Sud. (Ref. 070746)
The information and consultation procedure has to start all over again.
