The European Metalworkers' Federation (EMF) announced, last April 17, that the GME management and its European workers' representatives agreed on the future product allocation of the new Opel Astra model. This decision will bring about the elimination of the equivalent of a shift at the Antwerp plant's, that is to say a 1400 job cuts. (Ref. 070350)
