study presented in early February 2009 by the Deutsche Angestellte Krankenkasse (DAK), one of the biggest health insurance funds in Germany – mostly focuses on the issue of “drug-taking at work” and shows that more and more employees take drugs to “be fitter”. 800.000 allegedly take very regularly substances helping, among other things, to decrease stress and fatigue, increase focusing or even memory.
