This is a small revolution. Starting from November, the largest German metalworkers union, IG Metall, should be run by two “reformists”. Berthold Huber, 57, currently IG Metall's number 2 and leader of the moderate wing, should succeed to Jürgen Peters, 63, IG Metall's current president and figurehead of the traditionalist movement.
