Germany: Daimler introduces “pay curve” as part of its corporate social responsibility strategy

proximately 160,000 employees of the German auto group Daimler AG will be able, on a voluntary basis, to give the cents of their net salary away to fund public interest projects in Germany and abroad. Each cent given by employees will be doubled by the company. Initiated by the central WC, this measure shows how important societal responsibility is becoming in German businesses. (Ref. 110577)
