enforcement of the General Equal Treatment Act, the Confederation of German Trade Unions (DGB) drew up, on July 16, 2009, a tough report of the activities of the High Federal Antidiscrimination Act implemented with the Act. It blames this independent organization for taking care of businesses’ interests too much, to the detriment of discrimination victims, and it also pleads for stronger competencies. (Ref. 090752)
