The IG-Metall and the employers' federation of the metallurgy and electronic industries in North-Rhine Westphalia (Metall NRW) signed, on April 4, 2008, an unprecedented tariff agreement. training is addressed to young people who get out of school without the
necessary qualifications to attend a dual training in the metallurgy and
electronics sector or who have been looking for a long time and without success
a training position. They lack theoretical knowledge or social skills, or they
