cial law on the protection of workers’ data, for which the Employment Minister presented a bill on Friday September 4, the Parliament voted, this summer, several amendments to the Federal Law on the Protection of Data (BDGS – Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). One of them, the “BDGS-novelle II”, just entered into force. It affects the labor world and provides a stricter framework to using employees’ information. (Ref. 090806)
