Brought before industrial courts (see our dispatch No. 080448), the conflict on SAP's staff representation structures should go on. On June 12, 2008, the Dusseldorf court gave satisfaction to the latter in favor of local works councils. However, on June 19, the Dresden court decided that the general WC prevailed upon other structures. Awaiting for other rulings, SAP's management is sabotaging the work of the works councils it doesn't acknowledge. (Ref. 080527)
To everyone’s astonishment, the Dresden court gave satisfaction, on June 19, to the solution recommended by the management of the SAP group.
