Germany: the government adopts a bill to facilitate the retirement of thousands of civil servants at Deutsche Telekom
Under the pressure of Deutsche Telekom, which is determined to reduce its staff, the German government adopted a bill which will make it possible for thousands of civil servants to retire at 55 years old (instead of 65) while profiting from a full retirement pension. (Ref. 06579)
