During a seminar organized on March 15, 2006 in Berlin by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, close to the Social democrat party (SPD), a series of experts (government, Bundestag, trade unionists, employers...) discussed the first evaluation report of the laws on labour market reform (Hartz I-III laws), released on February 1, 2006 by the German government.
