The aerospace and defence industrial group Safran and IndustriAll Global Union have renewed their commitment for a further five years by signing a new framework agreement on social responsibility. In particular, Safran is committed to a global approach to boosting the employability of its employees and strengthening their social protection.
Six years on from its first agreement, Safran maintains its commitment to trade union rights, human rights and business ethics. The monitoring committee set up by the first agreement, comprising an IndustriAll representative and nine Safran employees, who have a time credit, will continue to meet twice a year. The company plans to communicate to staff, particularly via the firm the intranet, while human resources managers will receive a specific memo.
