The bill on age and equality as regards employment (Employment Equality – Age Regulation) should prohibit all forms of direct or indirect discrimination on grounds of age, as well as harassing for this type of reason. This subject is all the more important as between now and 2020, the number of active people over 50 years old should rise from 19.8 to 24.5 million, that is to say an increase of 23,5 %.
