Mr. Lewis was laid off following a disciplinary hearing due to a colleague’s complaint for “sexual harassment”. He will tell the industrial tribunal that he would not have been fired if he had not been homosexual, which was known of his colleagues, and will support his argumentation by 16 cases of discriminations for which he says to have been the victim at HSBC.
