Co-funding. The Business Secretary’s goal is to co-fund staff training offered by businesses, which will pay for the other half. This “Growth and Innovation Fund” will receive up to £50 million a year from the government and will be jointly managed by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills and the Skills Funding Agency.
