Great Britain: government guidance to help companies measure ethnicity-based pay gaps

In a landmark move on 17 April, the UK government issued guidance to help employers to measure their ethnicity pay data. The document details the data that should be collected and it explains how to analyse the information and report (on a voluntary basis) their ethnicity pay gap findings. The guidance also includes questions that businesses should ask themselves in order to better understand the causes of thee salary gaps and it stresses the need for additional analyses so as to properly inter
