Network developers, consultants for new technology and web analysts, these are just some of the new 100% digital jobs that British youngsters will be able to train for through a new learning format. With the belief that, over the next 10 years, they will need to find takers for a thousand jobs in the digital industry, David Cameron’s team has decided to take the initiative by creating new training opportunities in the digital sector. This is something companies are thought to need and they are willing to cover some of the cost.
“These new digital qualifications are the latest example of government working in partnership with academia and industry to ensure that education and training routes are providing the skills which employers need now and in the future”, explained Ed Vaizey, Minister for Culture, Communications and Creative Industries.
