Workers at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) have accepted a two-year pay deal which increases their wages by up to 9.8% from 1 November 2012. The Unite union negotiated the deal for its 17,000 members at the three factories and two research sites. The increase will be applied to the total workforce of 21,000.
The first year of the pay deal sees a pay rise of 4.5%, plus a £500 (€620) payment. The rise from 1 November 2013 will be 3 per cent or that of the retail price index (RPI). Part of the deal also se
