“The city is just recovering from the closing of the Jaguar factory and of the bankruptcy of MG Rover”, reminds the Financial Times. That amounted to 2 300 jobs, after the 10 000 already lost with Rover. The Times even talks about 4 000 jobs, by adding the suppliers.
