Anxious to consolidate the legislative frame around minimum wage, the Ministry of Labour and Industry launched a consultation aiming at working out the means to guarantee fair compensation to employees who were not paid minimum wage and to strengthen the powers of the Employment Agency to fight more efficiently against employers balking at using these wage norms.
