The Greek government has announced an increase to the minimum wage to alleviate the impact of the economic crisis and inflation in the country. Announced on 17 March and set to take effect from 1 April 2023, the hike will see the gross minimum wage rise from €713 to €780 per month (paid over 14 months), resulting an increase of 9.4% in a little less than a year.
