The Greek government decided to reinforce the dialogue with social partners. The Prime Minister, Kostas Karamanalis, met, on August 28, the president of the Greek General Confederation of Labour (GSEE), trade-union confederation of the private sector. The Employment Minister, Savvas Tsitouridis, declared that the talks were “crucial and constructive” and underlined the Government aims to strengthen the role of social partners. He also called the GSEE to review its position and join the dialogue
