Hankook Tire is building a new factory in Hungary in Central Europe as an outpost for its entry into the important European market. The Korean company has selected Dunaujvaros in order to build its new plant, approximately 70 KM south of the Hungarian capital Budapest.South Korea’s largest tire maker wants to launch the operation and production in 2007, and the selection and recruitment of job applicants has already started.
