Social partners and government representatives gathered, on October 12, 2007, within a tripartite instance of dialogue, in order to determine the amount of next year's minimum wage. However, the first talks led to no concrete results. (Ref. 070860)
The Employers and Employees Committee (the tripartite instance of dialogue which brings together employers and union representatives, as well as representatives from the Labour Ministry) launched, on October 12, the negociations on minimum wage, which currently amounts to 65.000 Forints a month (about 260 Euros).
