Interseroh: the German group chooses to become a European Company

Announced in September 2007, the transformation of the Interseroh AG group into a European Company (SE) was approved by the shareholders on June 25, 2008 in Cologne during the general assembly. On April 15, the special negotiating body and the board already signed an agreement on the participation of employees in the new legal structure. The transformation into a SE should be officially over this fall. (Ref. 080576)
