Worker participation. The Cisl advocates a new labor humanism based on “responsible ethics” and “participative union relations” for a “new and balanced relation between capital and labor, calling businesses to practices based on social responsibility.” It wants workers involved in “governance” and the company’s profits and invited the government to introduce it immediately for banks and businesses with public resources, and when national and local public service businesses are privatized.
