Fiom is first out of the blocks with an 8 hour general strike “in support of and in preparation for” the CGIL general strike that will protest the Jobs Act, details of which will be clarified on November 12. Fiom’s national secretariat has the mandate to undertake its strike around two large national demonstrations to be held in Milan on November 14 and 21.
