Lamborghini. On 30 May, the car manufacturer Lamborghini announced to have signed a new agreement with the unions FIOM-CGIL and FIM-CISL for managing production recoveries after the reduction of working time experienced in March and April. The agreement foresees to work on Saturdays with overtime rates paid in accordance to the company agreement (which provides better conditions than the national one) and the restore of 7h and a half shifts following the 1 hour reduction of the previous months.
…Italy: a selection of ‘Covid-Phase 2’ company agreements
Following the initial disruptive impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on production processes, and as a result of the safety measures that were adopted in line with Italy's national protocol signed in March 2020, a number of multinational companies and trade union bodies have signed 'Covid-Phase 2' company agreements to facilitate a 'return to normality.'
