al Welfare Institute (INPS) – with the consent of the Ministry of Labor – broadcasted new rules for the calculation of partial unemployment. The Cassa Integrazione Ordinaria (CIGO, see our dispatch No. 080932) will now be based on actual suspensions. This measure is added to the demand to “simplify the request for Cassa Integrazione Straordinaria (CIGS) which allows appeal to this system for “global demand crisis.” (Ref. 090467)
