Negotiations for the renewal of the telecom CCN were suspended on September 26 after three days of talks. The trade unions said it was because the Asstel employers’ organization refused to introduce “social clauses protecting workers involved in subcontracting and outsourcing,” thus opening a “hard” conflict in the sector.
