Italy: draft law on ‘smart working’ in the pipeline

The Italian government is in the process of making final adjustments to a draft law that will, for the first time, deal with ‘agile working’. The draft law is expected to be presented to Parliament before the end of January and is linked with the Stability law that came into effect on 01 January 2016 that introduces a specific productivity linked bonus regime as well as new ways towards better work life balance.
