Italy: Enel and unions sign framework agreement to try a new work-study program
On February 13, Enel Group and the Filctem-CGIL, Flaei-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil unions signed a groundbreaking agreement to try, for the first time in Italy, work-study training in upper second education, combined with professional apprenticeship. Involving nearly 150 students from industrial technical institute across the country, this plan aims to become a reference to improve the employability of young Italians and better March training and labor world requirements.
