Founded in 2012 by Axpo Italia, GDF Suez Energia Italia, Repower, Sorgenia and Tirreno Power to represent the interests of ‘private’ energy companies, the Energia Concorrente employers’ organization signed an agreement with the electrical unions for the national collective agreement (CCN) which will apply to the approximately 2,000 employees of these affiliated companies. The signing parties say that this agreement is groundbreaking in terms of flexibility and productivity management. Among other things, it provides for social protection policies instead of the result-based bonus, on a trial basis. (Ref. 130400)
