Eni and the Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil unions signed an agreement to ‘help’ about 1,000 workers through retirement while recruiting 300 young graduates and ‘stabilizing’ temporary workers and those with a fixed-term contract.  (Ref.  130397)

The agreement signed between Eni and the Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil unions on May 27 is in line with what has been established in the Protocol of May 26, 2011 on “developing competitiveness and a new industrial relations system” (see article 110373).
