…Italy: final four decrees reforming the labor market are definitively adopted
On 04 September Italy’s Council of Ministers gave final approval for the final four Job’s Act decrees (the law enabling labor market reforms, approved in December 2014, c.f. article No. 8763). The four decrees tackle rationalizing and simplifying the labor inspectorate, reorganizing active work policies and services, simplifying labor related procedures and duties, and reorganizing the system of social safety nets (Cassa Integrazione). The four decrees will come into force once they are published in the official Journal.
