The bill converting decree-law of July 6, 2011, No. 98 (see our dispatch No.  110465) will go down in history as the bill approved in record time.  The new law was published in the official journal on Saturday and came into force yesterday, Sunday, July 17th.  Here are the key amendments brought by the Senate to the labor-related provisions compared with the initial text.
