Late into the night of June 12, Poste Italiane Spa together with the unions SLC-CGIL, SLP-Cisl, Uilposte, Failp-Cisal, Confsal Comunicanzioni and UGL Comunicazioni concluded a single agreement within the 2015-2019 strategic framework plan as presented to the unions in December 2014 that included preparatory measures for the upcoming privatization of the group (the Italian government is looking to dispose of its 40% stake).
