The decree issued by the Ministry of Labour on 5 December launched the third edition of the ‘new skills’ fund, which has been allocated over €730 million to fund in-company training for the ecological and digital transition. Employers will be able to submit their applications between 10 February and 10 April 2025, provided they have first signed a specific agreement with the trade unions, which will include arrangements for employees to attend the training course during their working hours....
