Italy: results of the first HRD survey on the impact of the labor market reform (Gi Group)
On March 18, the permanent observatory on the labor market reform, a private initiative by Gi Group, the temporary work and recruitment agency, released the results of its first survey on the reform's impact on HR management among a representative sample of Italian firms. In most of the organizations surveyed, the reform mainly helped limit abuses regarding flexible contracts but it didn't improve flexible recruitment, or lower labor costs, or increase the number of stable contracts.
