With agri-food sector social partners commencing discussions for renewing the national collective agreement, many of the sector's major companies have spent the summer months signing individual agreements with the Fai Cisl, Flai Cgil and Uila unions. Recurring themes in these agreements include the strengthening of labour relations, a greater commitment to the environment, and a sharp rise in productivity bonuses.
In the past few weeks the agri-food sector has seen a flurry of collective bargaining activity. One by one over the course of June and July, Heineken, Lactalis, Coca-Cola, Parmalat, Barilla, Campari, and Mondelez have all renewed their company agreements, covering the period 2023-2025.
Campari agreement strengthens dialogue with unions
