In December 2015, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) concluded a company agreement implementing Smart Working (SW) in its Italian operations. This is the latest foray into this increasingly popular form of working organization that attempts to integrate new technology and the flexibility afforded by the same into changing management patterns. PwC’s agreement signed in December 2015 launched a 12-month pilot project for the leader in audit, accounting and advisory services that will apply to 4,000 employees across 22 towns in the country.
