Italy: Stellantis Group collective agreement renewed
This company agreement between the Stellantis Group (2021 PSA-FCA merger) and the main Italian trade unions provides for a salary increase of more than 11% over 2 years and stronger social, industrial and trade union relations. This specific collective agreement (CCSL), which also covers the Ferrari, CNH Industrial (agricultural machinery) and Iveco (commercial and industrial vehicles) groups, takes the place of the mechanical engineering and metallurgy sector national collective agreement, given that the business group (Fiat) withdrew from the Confindustria employers' organization in 2012.
