On 15 September 2015, during their national assembly meeting, the Filctem-CGIL, Femca-Cisl, and Uiltec-Uil bodies and members approved a platform of demands for the renewal of the national collective agreement covering the chemicals-pharmaceuticals, abrasives, lubricants and LPG industries, which expires on 31 December 2015 and which affects more than 171,000 workers in 2,900 companies. Demands include a 123 EUR pay rise, “more inclusive” working relations that develop and extend negotiations at the second level (company and territorial), better life work balance, and better working relations between professionals via smart working.
Filctem-CGIL, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil also committed to jointly concluding the renewal points they negotiate.
Economics and pay.
