On January 18, the Filcams-CGIL, Fisascat-Cisl and Uiltucs-Uil unions and the Federalberghi and Faita employers’ organizations (affiliated with Confcommercio) reached an agreement (separate on employers’ part as some associations rejected it) renewing the national collective agreement in the tourism industry, which had expired on April 30, 2013. in addition to an average €88 increase, it reviews the standards for company agreements, the bilateral nature and flexibility.
Valid between May 1, 2013 and August 31, 2016, this draft agreement will be sent to workers for final validation.
Wage increase. The €88 wage increase for the average level will be divided in 5, starting on February 1, 2014. the fixed rate for the result-based bonus (€222 for levels 4 and 5) was renewed to support the development of local bargaining, which will determine granting modalities.
