Valid between January 1, 2011 and January 31, 2013, this new separate agreement for the renewal of the CCN in Services and Distribution aims to get local collective agreements going (currently used by only 8% of the sector’s businesses, according to the Uiltucs) with “a new conventional system that can also develop new pay dynamics tied to the increase in productivity” said Fisascat general secretary Pierangelo Raineri.
