Italy: union and renewal praised at the end of the Cgil national organization conference

The Cgil's national organization conference, which was held from May 29 to May 31, ended with the approval, by a large majority, of the two documents – one political, the other organizational – summarizing the confederation's orientations. On the menu: strengthen the union's presence in the country, make way for women, young people, immigrants and, most importantly, maintain unity despite internal dissensions. (Ref. 080456)
