as a basis to negotiate a “joint” labor market reform. The plans mentioned include the abolition of the Statute of Workers and the creation of “postmodern” labor rights, centered on three fundamental principles: the right to a safe working environment, fair pay and lifelong learning. (Ref. 100602)
