Japan: reforms to do away with overtime pay
No more overtime pay: this is the project for reform to labor regulations that the government is looking to get adopted during this parliamentary session for implementation in April 2016. This reform aims to make working time more flexible in line with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s growth strategy. However the project comprising two laws has raised debate and worry in particular within the senior executives’ union.
