The Latvian union LCA and the Norwegian union Fellesforbundet signed a cooperation and information exchange agreement on the posting of workers in the construction sector. (Ref. 070855)

Considering the increase of the practice of posting Latvian workers on Norwegian sites and facing many abuses observed, the LCA and Fellesforbundet unions signed a cooperation agreement to guarantee posted workers fair working and pay conditions. Thus, the two unions commit to keep each other informed regarding both countries’ legislations in terms of service provision in the building sector.
